Arsenal have not made a move for Borussia Dortmund’s manager – Thomas Tuchel, according to the German Club’s CEO.
With speculations rife about the future of Arsene Wenger, there were reports from numerous news outlets that the North London side have approached the German club for the services of the manager. This report has however been rubbished by the manager and his boss.

“It is a fact that nobody from Arsenal called us. We’re taking about completely fictional stuff here,” CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke said.
“Some day in May we will sit down and analyse this season. He is still under contract here for another year.
“That’s why I don’t understand all the speculation.”
When asked about the authenticity of the report, the man at the centre of the story – Thomas Tuchel said, “You know more than me. I can’t say anything about that because I don’t know anything about it,” he said.
“I’m on a contract with Dortmund and I’m happy here.”
Arsene Wenger’s current contract at the Emirates expires at the end of the season and it is unsure if he will extend. There are reports that the club has offered him a two year extension.
However, the current mood around the club suggests he might walk away in May.
