Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s international teammate Daniel Cousin has urged the forward to join Arsenal in the summer transfer window.
Former Hull City and Rangers striker Cousin, who represents Gabon with the Borussia Dortmund star, says it’s the right time for his compatriot to make move to the Premier League.
While predicting Aubameyang would also be a success at Manchester United and Manchester City, Cousin admitted he would love to see his teammate sign for the Gunners.
When asked by the BBC World Service to pick one club for the 26-year-old to play for next season, Cousin said: ‘Arsenal, because the team play very well but the team need another striker to win the title.
‘And I think if he plays with Mesut Ozil, he will give good assists. I think he can play very well with this team.’
